I was surprised too. I thought i will be able to at least have some sugary drinks but no. No broth, no jelly, a teaspoon of milk in black tea. Diet fizzy drinks are fine... it is all so totally oposite from what i normally eat and drink

Can I chip in and ask what is the texture of the oats? I never liked any mueslis because the floury texture bothers me. Are they soft? Can you reallg feel the oaty taste?

But it does cause insulin to release. Not ALL sweetners do this but a lot do. Not necessarily that you will go and eat sweets and cakes but the next meal you eat, generally people who drink diet drinks will end up eating more than if you had had water or even the full sugar/fat version of the soda.…

But if the sugar never comes the insulin is not released. Even if you still want more sweetness you can have another diet drink, it doesnt mean you will start eating cakes and sweets. There is a lot more to gaining weight by people drinking diet versions than just a sweet taste

I am not vegetarian and my macros are set for 50/20/30 % carbs/protein/fats. And if i try to keep carbs under control and get enough…
