I weigh myself multiple times a day all the time. I only record my first weight of the day though. My weight goes down occasionally, but it usually goes up.

Sure you can, but why limit information that might prevent that? You can know all about road safety and still get hit by a buss; should we not teach kids to look both ways before crossing the street? It's simple math. They are required to do more complicated math in school. They can handle it.

Lately I eat 3 small meals about 3 hours apart. Then I eat dinner and a snack or dessert afterwards. I don't eat when I'm hungry. I feel your pain. I haven't met my goal yet, but I'm already noticing how difficult shopping is starting to be. I'm probably going to have to get most of my wardrobe tailored when I meet my goal. I'm in a medium now, but Its hard to find shirts long enough so I'm kind of stuck at large until I figure it out.

Anyone have any thoughts on trying strong lifts with 3 sets of 10 instead of 5 sets of 5? What might the outcome of that be?

I started at 269 and my original goal was 200. I eventually set a goal of 169 because it's an even 100 pound loss that puts me in the middle of a healthy bmi range. I don't really care if I hit 169 if I look the way I want to before I get there.
