I don't know the OP. I just know that all pictures are of the past. You know of one that wasn't? Time Lapse is a pretty good movie about pictures being taken of the future.

I read most of the first two links. It seems like the only proof they have of it causing liver damage is that people who take it get liver damage. (unless I missed something) That's not really great proof considering there are people who take it who don't get liver damage, but it's good enough for me to stay away from it.…

Herbalife looks similar to slim fast. I'm sure it is costly, but how is it dangerous? Is there something in the formula that's killing people?

I think it's a huge deal that you would consider letting other people control your health. I only see two options. 1. Tell them to shut up and do what you want. 2. Don't go.

Milkshakes have protein and carbs too. Some of them even have fiber.

The caffeine might make you want to move around a bit more which would cause your calories out to be slightly higher. Probably a negligible amount though.

I weigh every day and write my weight down on paper, but I only log it on MFP if my weight is lower than my last lowest weight. I do it like that because it makes the graph on MFP easier for my eyes to see what's going on.

The only other thing I can thing of that might help is looking at your macros to figure out what is easiest for you. Some people like high carb low fat and other people like low carb high fat. I try not to judge my weight with long term goals cause I'm not sure how much muscle I want to put on yet. I guess my long term goal is to look in the mirror and feel like I look the way I should. All the right stuff in all the right places.
