  • All I can cook with is the microwave. My barracks doesn't allow for anything that plugs in and cooks. Also the galley food I try to limit myself to because I can't track the macros.
  • You should really try not to have the mind set of I ate really well one day I can cheat a little this day. For successful weight loss and to keep it off try and hit your goal.
