I follow Blogilates Calendar which has days for cardio, total body, arms, legs, butt, core and recovery. Workouts per day are less than an hour. Recently, I do her videos in the morning then add a Fitness Blender HIIT in the evening.

Hey there! I'm Camille, 19. I'm a noob here. I've been working out on and off for two years. And that's what I'd like to change, I want to be consistent and have a healthy lifestyle. For now, my goal is to finish June calendar of blogilates. Some motivations would really help to keep me going!
