In my experience, drastically reducing the amount of carbs I take in has really reduced belly/back fat. I notice that is the first place it comes off when I go low carb.

Don't overwhelm yourself with how much you need to change. Start with something simple like drinking more water. Work your way up to a gallon or so a day.
