How long have you been on the swim team? It looks like you have exercise covered. All you need to do is set up your calories and you will be set to lose.

Can you pick an activity that you can do to get your mind off of binging? Maybe in time you could build a habit that you will go to instead. The crust is what makes it pizza for me. I don't eat pork so for me that would be just broiled veggies, but I like those too. I've done a keto diet before. It wasn't easier for me. I can tell by your level of enthusiasm that it is working really well for you.

Willpower is a finite resource. Find the plan that fits you well and do it till it becomes a habit. If it is a little hard, that's ok. If it is super hard, than it is a poor fit.
