I work nights. I start my days food log at midnight so it is really like my morning. If I go higher on calories, I just adjust calories elsewhere.

I go to a Fitness 19. It's a pretty balanced gym. It has a good amount od cardio, a full circuit of machines, and the other half is free weights. No classes. I go to do stronglifts. I just set up my program. I'm shooting for -3 days stronglifts -3 days Krav Maga -1 day active rest This is the most aggressive plan I've put together. Do you do your strength cardio on alternate days.

I'm a DSP also. I don't think a person can gain an appreciable amount of muscle from doing the job. For that I do strong lifts.

I'm in a situation similar to you. MFP says to eat 1200 cal, TDEE says 1164. I eat more on this diet than I did before I signed up for MFP. Yes, I'm losing consistently. There is a group for binge eaters that you can join on the forum. It might help you. identify your triggers, and try to minimize them. Find alternative things to do when you feel the urge. Best of luck to you.
