3 miles a day to start with, 5 days a week, probably up it when it gets easy..... Also got around a stone to shift so there's that.

In our house it's weekends only but has a habit of creeping into the week Too! Hoping I can stick to weekends at the very least

I'm trying (did 19000 at wknd!) just using Google Fit app. Didn't like Fitbit & Google is most reliable app I've found. It also connects to lots of other apps. Think it'll be winter where we struggle more.

I don't have this thankfully but popping in as my mum and sister have fibro among other things (mum has loads!) but both are regulars at the gym. They just have to take a break now & again. Hopefully I can share tips between lol

Me too but think it's been updated to compete with others. Never noticed half the stuff on here before anyway. Is it working?! My weight just stays same lol, got MyFitnessPal to go with it.
