That happened to me a bunch of times. I forget that i froze some meals. Write a big note & tape it to the handle of your fridge. You can't miss that. That's where i was going wrong, eating back all the calories i burned. I did not lose a pound for a whole year. Silly me. I'm back to losing about 1 lb per wk. Now i am so accustomed to eating 1350 cal or a bit less, that even when i exercise i barely eat back the burned cal.

Planning & preparing meals a day or two ahead. Staying just under daily cal goal. Weigh in the AM almost daily. Light exercise. Garcinia cambogia. 3 liters water. Stay grateful for every oz of progress. Quality sleep.

Have you tried meeting genuine women on match or eharmony? I met my husband on match. Sometimes it's a numbers thing. Not always though. I had 14 diff dates in a year til i finally met my hubby. We met in 4/2010. Still going great. :) Best wishes.
