I'm in week 3, run 3 and finding it hard!

This is really motivating me to keep going. I started the ap three weeks ago when my baby turned 4 months but am struggling with it. I used to run a bit before pregnancy but never consistently. Now I'm doing it for me time! I am going to fit a run in tomorrow no matter what.

Hi, I've just started back running very slowly (C25k programme) after my C section 19 weeks ago. I would love to get into Yoga but don't have time to go to s class. Where do you all do yoga? Any recommendations for a good DVD or blog to follow? Thanks!!
