My go to convenience food is: Costco Frozen, pre-cooked Angus burgers. Two minutes in the microwave, 0 carbs, couldn't be easier. I just nuke some frozen vegs on the side.

A really tough decision, I feel for you. Just take some time to think it over carefully. I usually try to think of "best case scenario' vs. "worst case scenario" and that helps me make up my mind. Don't rush into anything.

Just my two cents: stay on them, have the blood work, then ask your new PCP if there is any chance you could begin to reduce some of them.

Certainly hope the above is correct, I went carb crazy today for two meals. Hoping in 2 or 3 days I'll be back on track. I didn't supplement initially and had the flu pretty bad, but I also have low bp so that may have compounded the problem. I still supplement along the way as I feel the need to. Congratulations on a great start! :)

If it were not for this group, I would definitely not be LCHF. I asked for help with electrolyte imbalance and received advice and threads to read. I am now almost 5 lbs from goal and owe much to these forums. Aside from knowledge, it is nice to know you are not walking alone on this journey.

I know the IPhones can be a bit twitchy, I log on using the computer not my IPhone, try logging in on your computer.
