That is fine that you have those interests. I'm simply trying to say that if somebody is really concerned with what somebody ELSE is eating, or how somebody ELSE defines themselves, maybe they should do something else for a little while.

I was thinking this exactly. I am 5'5'' too and 136 is actually my end goal. I am probably around 148. I don't own a scale but I think I'm in the higher 140s right now. Do you lift? I think lifting makes all the difference in appearance.

I've heard it can be any bean and any whole grain and they don't even have to be eaten together, just try to get them in the same day. Idk if this is true though, maybe somebody can confirm.

I eat when I'm hungry. Usually every 3 to 4 hours. Weekdays: 8/9am 12/1pm 4/5pm snack 6/7pm Weekends are all over the place cause I like to sleep iiinnnnnnn.

I agree. I wish more vegans would take a similar stance as you. I'm vegan but that kind of language just really turns me off. Thanks for the tip. I'm not huge on cooking or breakfast either! I have been eating lots of Lara bars...those are probably mostly sugar though as I think they are pretty much just dates and chocolate. Logging is definitely going to help this time around.
