it's ok to have 8 meals with 50gr protein if needed for bodybuilding. i eat up to 200-250gr per day when building muscles. my coaches always told me not to eat more than 50gr each meal, cause the body cant use more than 50gr, what you eat more will be metabolizing to carbs.

both. with more muscles you have higher basal calorie burn rate, means you can eat more, what makes you feel more comfy and happier, while getting tighter. also do hiit. me for myself i do 3x60 strenght and 3x60 cardio each week.

well, cheat day doesn't mean that you should eat cake and donuts all you can eat. it means eat about 600kcal more than your diet kcal, but on a clean base

i eat 2500 i am 175cm and 68kg. 3x 60min hiit and 3x 60min strenght training per week. currently i'm on a diet, 4 days 1850 and 5th day 2500 kcal. my 6 pack is well developing :) friday i am going for bia and measure my basal calorie rate. its VERY important to do sports AND eat more to not cut down your metabolism!
