I measure all salt, if yr using packaged food its usually labelled salt(atleast in the uk). So you need to know how to convert it to sodium to log it on this app. It's very time consuming at first but try to save yr fave foods so u can go back quickly to it. Started using this app 3 days ago, and when I'm planning my daily meals to maintain my weight, the sodium is far to low according to what I should be having. I find if I try adjusting it to include foods with more sodium, then the sugar goes into the red deficit. Need to have a re-think on the diet plan I think.
