  • I just replaced my Fitbit flex with a Fitbit Charge and I love it. I used to have to track my workouts with my polar watch while wearing the heat rate monitor strap but the Fitbit Charge takes care of all of that. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  • Definitely In the same boat. Looking to drop at least 20 pounds by October for my birthday. I have good days and bad days but overall I can't seem to get past the 10 pounds without it creeping back in me. Feel free to add me. I'm here for support and would love some in return.
  • I would definitely recommend trying fasted cardio. I've been doing it for the last week or so and I definitely like it. I do fasted cardio first thing in the morning and I've also been using albolene and a wrap to sweat out more water. I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds with in the next three weeks so wish me luck!
