Personally, I do progress pics every other Sunday (biweekly). It helps keep me motivated ! Plus it's amazing to actually see the progress...see your hard work in "motions'. But do whatever makes you feel comfortable :)

Yes I agree with the above comment. It's important to have a professional competition trainer for your first time. They can look at you and see where your body needs to be to step on stage.
