i gave up coffee several months ago and i rarely drink soda. i drink plain hot tea once and awhile and sometimes plain iced tea.

49 year old, put on 50lbs from broken ankles 2yrs ago and now trying to take it off. it sure was easier to put it on then take it off. Looking for support help and willing to be support help.
