Since I began using MFP, I started weighing myself every other Tuesday first thing in the morning. I use the numbers and changes in the fit of my clothing to assess my progress.

Cheese and peanut butter are my downfalls. I don't combine them, but I struggle to eat them in moderation.

Logging my meals on this app has drastically improved my awareness of caloric intake. I measure foods when I can. Foods that are tempting to eat in excess I measure out a serving and put her remainder away.
