You can do workouts at home (youtube, fitnessblender, jillian michaels) or get a good walk in every day in your lunchbreak. Are you looking after the children by yourself or is there a partner?

I've been doing this for 6 years (mostly maintenance) and I still screw up. Sure "naturally" skinny people have blow-out days too, that's life. As long as you get back on track it'll be fine, slow and steady and all that.

That's what I do. This morning I moved my prelogged afternoon snack to tomorrow and instead I had the treat. I couldn't say no, the lady who brought it in today brought it baked it because it's her last day.

Pasta sauce from a jar. Vile. So much easier to make a large pot of bolognese and freeze a couple in batches. Even my children won't touch the ready-made stuff anymore and they're not always fans of my home-cooking.

Same when I grew up, we didn't really get any sweets/biscuits during the week and in the weekend we all got a small bowl with crisps. Cakes only on birthdays and no take-aways or fizzy drinks. Those posts make me laugh as well and wonder. Seriously, 1200 is difficult to reach? Just grab a handful of nuts for an extra 300 cals and you're done. It's not rocket science. Simple maths.

There's no way you gained that much in a week. Could be a weird fluctuation or something simple as faulty scales.

I agree. Go metric for this, grammes only and compare the packaging to the entries here, as they're not always accurate. If you can't find the correct entry, enter it yourself, it's a few minutes work and after that it's in the database so next time you'll eat/drink it, it's there for you.
