I bought some pickles! Very low cal. And turns out Cheez-Its single serving bags are only 140 calories. Much less fat than my favorite chips, Fritos. Worth it!

Thank you. I like the idea of just letting myself have SOME and figuring it in somehow. Pre-measured baggies sound good. Are Kale chips high in calories? Are they any good? Lol

I used a formula in Tom Venuto's book, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, to figure out my Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). I'm seriously going to make these! Thanks! High protein, low calorie breakfast has been rough for me too. I messed up the other morning and made what I thought was a healthy yogurt. Turns out flax and Chia seeds have a lot of fat and calories!

Ham steak sandwich with half an avocado and half a Roma tomato. Half a tablespoon of mayo and the bread is Nature's Own 40 cals a slice. Total 384 calories with 28 grams of protein! Yum!
