  • I have had fibromyalgia for 15 years. also in perimenopause. Exercise can be very painful. Best exercise I have found is water aerobics and yoga. I have started power walking but do this on days that I am not feeling so fatigued. I am taking Lyrica, Doxepin and flexeril for the fibro. Hoping to get in shape and lose 10 lbs.
