I'm jumping on this band wagon, 40-50 by Christmas sounds awesome! I've switched to clean eating and only eating when I'm hungry. And it's working! Imagine that!

I had mine taken out about four years ago. The pain is gone but I still have plenty of digestive issues. My best advice is protein, protein, protein! Grilled or broiled meats, nuts, eggs and leafy green veggies. Those will keep you full throughout the day and no tummy pains. Hang in there, your body gives you signals.…
