Happy Saturday, Gorgeous Gals! I had to weigh in on what Chris said... I agree with it - every bit. One change at a time. I chose exercise as the first one - because for me, it's the most important. Calorie control was next... although I didn't concern myself with macros or anything, I did get the CICO thing going early…
