I like Ezekiel bread (frozen aisle). It's pretty healthy since it's considered a sprouted bread. I think it tastes great, too.

I weigh myself every morning. I think I need to stop that because I see such fluctuations of anywhere from 1 to 3 pounds. You're right though, it does set my morning off terribly if I see a high number. *sigh*

Hi everyone! I'll be 45 in a couple weeks--5'2 and trying to lose the last 10 lbs. I'm totally at a standstill. I do a lot of body weight exercises and HIIT workouts around 4 times a week. Trying to stick around 1200-1300 calories daily. It's tough!
