Ice cream! But I let myself have it time to time. Fried rice is also my kryptonite. I can't stop eating it once I start. With that said, I can also gorge myself on broccoli, zucchini, and other veggies, because I love veggies, but that leaves me with no guilt so who cares!

Both can be important. I eat 80% clean. As in Lots of veggies, good fats, good meats, nuts and seeds, small amounts of rice, do my best to limit sugar. Weigh yourself in the morning is the best. It doesn't matter what the number is down to the pound. Know that especially for women, that number can change a lot based on the time of the month. Using tape measure is a much more accurate way to determine weight loss as well. I use the app "progress" to track all the numbers.
