Ooooo I do add quite a lot of salt to my meals/ diet! If I'm right this adds water retention?? Going to start eating clean as possible ( I'm Bad for quick snack like crisps etc...) Think this may be where I'm going wrong!! Thanks :)

I'm the same! Trying to stay positive is the key! I'm definitely finding it a struggle at the minute! Trying to go gym weekend mornings is always hard lol

Expensive yes! My friend had the same problem but bought a high calorie protein shake ( not sure what brand! ) and took between meals / after workouts which has helped??
