I started 30DS in May and did it for the whole month, maybe missed 3-4 days. I lost 5lbs in total and 3in of my waist and 1-2 off everything else. I started again 2wks ago. Starting level 2 tomorrow, but this time I'm not as discipline as the first time :( I've lost 1in of my waist, 1in of my Bust and nothing everywhere…

It was hard getting up this morning! My quads hurt so much but I still did the whole 20mins and stretches felt sooo good! Lol

I did it for the month of May and lost 3in off of my waist and .5/1 off of everything else. Just started ripped in 30 today.
