I had a spectacular wipeout in the Walmart parking lot. Knee, ankle, wrist and ribs are agony. Can I be moved to cheerleader/support for now?

I weighed in yesterday but forgot to post! PW 211 CW 211.5 I can see where I’m going wrong. I’m pretty much always in my calorie range but definitely not moving enough. If it ever stops freaking raining here I’ll up my walking game! Meanwhile I need to find indoor activities to get myself moving!

Slow start to the month but I’m trying to get back on track! I’ve been mostly maintaining my weight for the past few weeks and I need to get back into loss mode. My almost 50 year old body feels like it’s 90. I’ve had multiple health issues recently and dropping 40+ pounds would address most of them. Today was weigh in day, I’m down 1/2 a pound. It’s going in the right direction but obviously not as quickly as I would like. I nailed my water intake goal (yay me), was “pretty good “ at logging and failed miserably with getting my butt moving! I know where I need to improve moving forward!
