Hey! I have lost 105lbs through my journey! It is tough, but so worth it. It has taken about 5 years and my goals have changed throughout. I am now focusing on powerlifting and becoming stronger and it has been sooooo rewarding! The first image is 2 years in apart and the other is 5 years in between :smile:

If you want Greek Yogurt to be just like mayo, add a little bit of vinegar and splenda or stevia to it!
