  • I sometimes don't see a loss in 2 or 3 weeks and then get a whoosh. With IBS I 've learned that as long as I am consistently in deficit scales WILL move . Not everyone has massive drops to start with ,just keep at it and you ll get there .

  • Yea it works. Chicken and bacon also work well together ,chicken with Ceasar dressing and so on. It ll "work " if it's part of your calorie allowance and you are in deficit,there are no magical ingredients.
