Second vote for fitness blender. I do 2 types of workouts running and fitness blender. They are the best.

Run at a slower pace than you're used to at the beginning. Feel free to run/walk. I ran my first 10k in June, I had an injury that prevented any sort of training. Never running greater than 5 miles prior to this. I got clearance from ortho the week before the race. I took that entire week off from high impact exercise.…

I am a lifetime ww member and tend to do dual tracking from time to time. There is no denying the plan has its place but it doesn't fit for every person/every goal. I think you can lose weight with either method. You've got this!

This is so awesome and inspiring!!

I use fitnessblender.com programs. I'm currently doing their fb fit round 2 program. I did round one already and the changes from June to now are insane. Highly recommend

Honestly forerunner is best for running...I use a vivoactive hr because I wanted an all around fitness tracker. Garmin is great, you really can't go wrong.

I use the Vivoactive HR and absolutely love it

I've opted to weigh myself every 4 weeks and use how I feel health wise and how my clothes fit as a gauge. But ultimately its your call, daily, weekly, monthly.

I know you are asking about Fitbits but depending on what you do a polar or garmin may be a better option. I have a Garmin Vivoactive HR, I love it because it has the independent GPS (which is excellent for my hiking), and when I want a more accurate HR reading, I can use my chest strap. Then performs all the other…
