I'm just started what I call running. I brisk walk 3.5 with inlcline and then after few min go to 5.0 which yes isn't that fast but my legs are short and I do that till my body can't take it and go back to 3.5. I'm soaked with sweat at the end of 40 min. In my diary I only apply 30 min of cardio because I don't know how to…

Just looked at your diary. Cut back on some of the carbs. It appears that yesterday your calories were way in the negative. Do you do that every week? If so that will counteract everything. Look at other people's diaries so you can get an idea of what others are doing. Watch your sodium intake as well. Try to get close to…

How much are you trying to lose? I'm 5ft1 and was 159lbs, trying to lose 35lbs to start. I've lost 7lbs so far in 18 days. Praying I stick with it :)

I know I shouldn't think like this but I'm scared to make an investment on something that I might not stick with. I've failed many times before sticking with diets and exercise.

I don't want to invest a whole lot since I'm just starting. Maybe around 100 or so.. also depends on the functions it has.

Probably running eventually. I just started a week ago on my treadmill. So I have some building up to do. I walk and then run as long as I can then walk again on it.
