log your meals. like it can make you feel like you're achieving something every time you do it because it reminds you of what you're trying to do and that is to get healthier and logging your meals every time will do that

have you asked your doctor if you can do non intense back exercises. because my back used to be very weak and it was a problem and then I started doing at home back exercises. I hope this helps. good luck hope you get better

maybe try eat small meals all day like something small but nice for breakfast then three hours later some granola or oats and then later eat lunch and make it not to big but still good and then three hours later eat something small like an apple or banana and then eat a small dinner. drink water before during and after…

if you eat the right stuff you can still get a worthy amount of food in for that day. my biggest peace of advice is to eat your food very slowly like a lot of bites and lots of water. you can do it I believe in you. good job
