Just finished my third week of a 5k training plan...I'm about half and half now. Half running half walking.

Ok, I'm going to start small and do 25 miles as a goal for this month. I will see how it goes, if it seems like I'm getting through it faster, I can always up my goal. Since this will be the first time, as last month I joined half way through and didn't really track much. Next month I will set a higher more challenging…

I could use some friends for motivation...please add me if you would like the same. I'm not new to running but it's been a few years. I'm 49 now and would like to run a marathon next year.

I plan for specific workouts for the week. I don't schedule times that way if I have to change a day, or go later/earlier in the day...it's ok.
