A road trip and restaurant eating had me gaining at my weigh-in last week, but I'm in the black again with 0.6 lbs lost since my last post. SYSK Fit Club total is now 250.8!

I saw results doing "nordic walking," which kinda looks like cross country skiing without the skis using special poles. Brings the upper body in to directly contributing to forward motion, plus elevates the heart rate with the increased arm swing. Makes me actually look forward to climbing the hills!

Mark – I've been fighting through a month-long plateau myself. It sucks! While goals are important & results are rewarding, try to remember this is about learning new habits with food & fitness for the long term. You can do it!
