Previous: 261.1 lbs (2 weeks ago) Current: 257.9 lbs Change: -3.2 lbs I'm sure some of that is just daily fluctuation, but I'm still happy to see those numbers on my low end. Cutting down on sugar has helped quite a bit. Keep up the great work everyone!

It's been a minute since my last weigh-in. October was kind of a rough month. Previous: 260.6 lbs Current: 261.1 lbs Change: +0.5 lbs I've been plateauing for the last month which means I need to make another dietary change. Going to try to cut down on sugar. Also I caught the end of the Lang stream this morning. I can't…

What do you like to do on your days off?* Right now my only real day off is Tuesday. I usually hang out with my wife, play video games, and occasionally work on a project of some kind. * I've also been trying to get a group together to play tabletop games on Tuesdays with no such luck. ¯\_ツ_/¯ What's you favorite…

Current: 262.6 lbs Total lost: 17.4 lbs Goal: 250 lbs Well Done Haven't fallen back on old habits. Needs Improvement I typically don't bother tracking my intake through the app about twice a week (my days off). I still keep a mental tally but this isn't perfect. My current focus area is going to be lowering sugar intake.…

I myself only own a set of dumbbells and found this online. http://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/dumbbell-workout I'm planning on trying out this routine soon and figured I would share it. Another thing I've learned is the importance of protien in gaining muscle mass.…

You just prompted me to take a look at the RDV on sugar intake. "According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are (7): Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons). Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons)." I am definitely blowing that…

I keep telling myself I will use the web version of MFT to post my weigh-ins so i can format them properly. That is obviously not happening so I'll do my best to make this look nice for my own sanity Current: 264.7 Goal: 250 Total lost: 15.3 Bad Still making a lot of bad choices and being more lax than I'd like. I'm still…

@Ecotope I ruptured the MCL on my Left Knee in January 2015 and let me say, I feel your pain. Jogging when your knees can't handle it is the worst. I went for a jog the other day myself and my knees ached for the next 3 days. I still haven't been back out because of it. Here's to us getting back on that horse!

So I've stopped eating hot pockets and found another lunch I quite enjoy. Sandwich* White Bread (Probably should be wheat...) * Sliced Tomato * Kraft reduced fat mayo with olive oil * Chopped romaine lettuce Side* Three Hard-boiled eggs The whole thing comes to about 550 calories and is delicious. Definitely an improvement…

Same. Two birthdays and a graduation kind of ruined this weekend for eating healthy. We just gotta get back on the horse.

279 today which is about what I've floated around for years. I'm a little disappointed since i feel a lot slimmer and stronger than I've ever been. Goal is 250 before the end of the year. EDIT: Apparently the scale i used is cheap and was off a bit. Used a better one and updated weight.

Yeah i noticed that the other day thanks to MFP's nutrition info. Hadn't really realized how much sodium i was eating until then. It was to the point i was meeting every other goal expect sodium which was through the roof. It can really sneak up on you...

My calorie goal is around 3200 a day because of my job so this may not be for everyone. I usually bring hot pockets to work which amount to about 640 calories. They aren't very nutritious which is my main issue overall. Falling below a calorie budget that high isn't that hard but getting proper nutrition in that is…

How about a weekly weigh-in thread where everyone can post their progress?

My job is quite physical. My main goal is to eat better so I can stop being strong/fat and just be strong. Let's work on our Generally Flabby Bodies together!
