A 3 YES day. NSV: my belt finally feels comfortable on the first (last?) hole. Next goal, move it to the next hole. I am tracking my weight. I’m on the ultra slow 1/2-1 pound/week loss track and it’s mostly working so far.

3rd pass day. Managed to stay under calorie budget (in work meetings all day) but couldn’t find the time/will to exercise (in work meetings all day.). Here’s to a better day tomorrow.

Pass day #2. This one was semi-planned. I did get a walk in but I can’t seem to stay under my calorie budget so didn’t bother tracking either. Happy weekend!

Pass day #2. Tracked my food, was just under my calorie budget. But i got 0 exercise today. Maybe I’ll make up for it tomorrow. (Fewer work meetings on Friday. )

3 YES day. Exercise was walking the dogs between work meetings.

3 YES day. I did weight training + a walk just after in a break from the rain + 10 minute walk on the treadmill after dinner to walk off a few calories.

Pass Day #1. Friday night family dinner - I always go over my calories. And didn’t have time to exercise because...I had to make dinner. Excuses. Excuses.

3 YES day barely. Used the time waiting for my sons’ dentist appts to walk around the outside of the building. Round and round and got lots of steps in. But then made a really yummy dinner and overate. Was being mindful, just couldn’t stop. Frustrating. Just slid under the calorie budget. Need a better eating day tomorrow.

A 3 YES day to finish off February. Down 10 pounds since the last week of December. Slow progress as I’m working to build life-long sustainable habits. Not temporary diet. On to March!!

Good news/bad news. Good: Another 3 YES day. Going to bed earlier is helping to keep me under calorie budget the next day. Bad news: approaching a 2-week plateau and I’m getting frustrated.

Triple YES day, sort of. I was deliberately inefficient at the grocery store - so I could get more steps in. I’m counting that as my movement today as my leg muscles are tired from yesterday. (Weights - those squats did me in.) And managed to stay under calorie budget. Have a great week everyone.

Went over my calorie budget at dinner. Always the Friday night dinner. Meh. I’m well over 3 pass days for the month. But I did get a treadmill walk in so taking that victory. Happy weekend everyone!

Triple YES day today. Need to get more sleep or all my progress will backtrack. Realizing this is one of the things that sabotaged me in the past. But I have a sick dog so when he’s gotta go, I gotta let him out. Going to bed early. Here’s to a good night sleep!
