3 YES day. Took an hour+ walk while listening to a podcast. Was supposed to do a run today but just didn’t have it in me. Maybe tomorrow.

Yesterday was a 0 yes day. Today was a 3 YES day with room to spare in the calorie budget. I’ve restarted the couch to 5k training program and today was the 4th workout.

Fridays are pass days and this one is no exception. Tracked and exercised (run/walk on the treadmill) but went over on calories at dinner.

2 YES day. I’m at my mom’s house so not in control of the menu. I did manage to track and got in a walk but still went over on calories. NSV: the weight lifting over the past 1 1/2 years has really made a difference in how my back feels. So despite flying, sitting, sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress, I’m not in pain!!…

3 YES day. And waaay under on calories despite (or maybe because?) it’s a travel day. I’m counting walking through the terminals and then to / from dinner / hotel as my movement.

2 YES day. Tracked and I had a 35 minute treadmill run/walk. But went over on calories. Tomorrow is a travel day so we’ll see how that goes.

3 YES day. Barely. My “active” was parking my shopping cart at one end of the grocery store and bringing everything to it. Almost 5000 steps!

Took pass days on Thursday and Friday so I’m over for the month and we’re only a week in. So it goes.But I’m not quitting. 3 YES day today - a brisk 30 minute treadmill walk.

Another 2 YES day. Tracked and stayed within calorie budget but couldn’t get it together to move today. So 2 pass days. :-(.

3 YES day. Brisk treadmill walk as it’s hot outside. I’m a weather wimp. But tracked my calories, ate just below the goal so off to a good start.

Pass day. I think this is #4 for the month. Anxiety for the best of me so I went way over on calories. Sigh! Tomorrow is another day.

Yesterday was Friday - pass day. So I’m 3 for the month. Today was a 3 YES day.

3 YES day. After a long day of work meetings starting at 7:00am, I shut down the laptop early and took an hour long walk around the neighborhood while listening to a podcast. It was a good day.

3 YES day. Walk around the neighborhood after dinner.

3 YES day. Weights with a trainer. I go with my teenage son who makes so much more progress than I do. Not surprising. I enjoy watching him succeed and the mother/son bonding. Who would have thought that I’d be spending quality time with my child lifting weights?!?!?

3 YES Day. Walk around the neighborhood while dinner was in the instant pot. Followed by short walk on the treadmill after dinner to get more steps in and calories burned. 2/3 pass days used.

Friday is generally pass day and this one is no exception. I did track and get a walk in, but I went over on calories. Those yummy Friday night dinners get me. That’s 2 pass days for June. Yikes!

3 YES day. Walked while dinner was in the oven. Fridays are normally pass days for me but I’m going to try to break that trend tomorrow. We’ll see how I do.
