I jogged on the treadmill today instead of outside. The treadmill forces me to keep whatever pace I’ve set it on. During Covid, I quit going to our fitness center here for over a year and my jogging pace outside has gotten SLOW! It’s going to take some time to bring it back up. That’s okay though. I’m just happy at my age (57) I can still jog 6 1/2 miles each time.

    6.5 miles each time? Impressive!

ARGH! Pass day 2. Flaked out on getting my exercise done. I had such great plans, then life happened and I just didn't force myself.

Tracked everything and under on calories.

On the upside, back to my pre-anniversary/birthday-binge weight this morning, so hopefully can get back on the right track and moving everything in the right direction again.

    Yes x 3
    Dog walk, bench and row
I'm working hard to save my pass days for as long as possible. To use as a reward to motivate myself.
And I love the Freggie People! Just bumped mine up, and feel better already πŸ˜ƒ
