Calories: over - I think I overestimated my lunch but the snacks were my downfall - I am only about 6 over but I had to use all my exercise to get there and it was a very active day - I can do better. No more mindless snacking.

Super smoky day here with the air blowing in from forest fires north, west, and east. Also, really hot (31 C) and humid. Blech.

We head up to Saskatoon tomorrow (2.5 hour drive) to see our daughter and take her for dinner when she is done work. Will be preserving room in my macros for that! Or, if it comes to it, may need to use a pass day.
Shutting it down for the night. Reading a fabulous book and canβt wait to get to bed to read. (People we meet on vacation by Emily Henry).

Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? Barely... the out and back to/from the bus, down and up the stairs 4 times today, and a quickish walk with the dog tonight. It added up to about 22 minutes, I think. (~I think the stairs should count double~ she muttered to herself as she wheezed her way back to her office.)
Did I track everything? I did, I did!
Did I stay within calories? Right on the mark today, but I didn't go over!

Sounds like a nice trip have fun. The effects of the smoke have been as far north as the Adirondacks itβs a sad state we are in, have a safe trip.2 -
Giving myself a "no" today. tracking completed, calories over by almost 600, packing exercise did not close my move ring (510 cal). Did hit 488 cal, but still giving a no to keep me on track. Weight check this AM (the 4th) showed no damage.5

ARGH! Pass day 2. Flaked out on getting my exercise done. I had such great plans, then life happened and I just didn't force myself.
Tracked everything and under on calories.
On the upside, back to my pre-anniversary/birthday-binge weight this morning, so hopefully can get back on the right track and moving everything in the right direction again.4 -
