  • June 2 and have to take a pass day. My husband cooked an amazing steak dinner and I enjoyed it guilt free. I tracked through the day but I know I went way over my calories at dinner. I did a treadmill walk to get some movement. I’m cooking tomorrow so should have no problem staying under the calorie budget 🤣
  • 3 YES day to start June right. Also, I lost 20 pounds since the start of the year. Slow and steady progress.

  • No winners circle for me but I did have 3x YES days - yesterday and today. Trying to finish the month with positive momentum going into June.

  • 3 YES day. It was a leisurely Sunday. Got a walk in with my pups and my son. Giving my knees a chance to recover from squats (weight training) and yard work yesterday. Have a great week everyone.
  • Yesterday (Friday) was a pass day as always. Not that it matters- I’m well over for the month. 3 YES day today. Weight training, a walk, and 2 hours of yard work.
  • 3 YES day. Treadmill walk while dinner was cooking. Got my first haircut/style/color in over a year. Feels sooooo good! And I bet I lost a pound in hair. 😝

  • Used up my pass days for the month and then some this weekend. Logged and walked, but went over on calories. No regrets, though. First weekend being fully vaccinated and had family over for the first time in over a year. Today was a 3 YES day, barely. Yummy leftovers are hard to eat on moderation. Back to the gym tomorrow…
  • Friday = pass day. So I’ve got 3 for the month.
  • May 11 (Tuesday) was a 3 YES day. I couldn’t remember if I posted or not. May 12 (Wednesday) also 3 YES day. 2/3 pass days used.
  • 3 YES Day. It was a slow walk. But I’m counting it because it was deliberate and honestly was as good as I could muster given a long work day and feeling emotionally down. Tomorrow will be a better day.

  • This is a 3 day post: Thursday was an unplanned pass day. Worked late so didn’t get any exercise in. Pass day 1. Friday was a planned pass day. Pas day 2. Saturday was a 3 YES day and I mostly made up for the calories overage from Friday. Loooots of walking. My knees are feeling it.

  • I’m back for month #5 (I think). Weight loss is slow but would be even slower without the accountability so here I am.
