Friday = pass day. So I’m officially over my pass days for the month. NSV - I have been weight training with a trainer for almost 2 years now. This weekend was a wash. Only partial tracking and budget went out the window. Holidays will do that. Gotta get better at mental planning to stay on track during holiday weekends. Starting fresh tomorrow.
