No. But I don't eat the same every day. I wonder if it's more accurate for someone who eats the same everyday.

It fluctuates from daily to every 2 weeks... if I go past 2 weeks without weighing in, I know I'm avoiding it and probably not working out or logging food and need to get back on track.

I kinda do. I have been stuck on the same weight for bench and other lifts for months with no real desire to up the weight.

I love salads! I like to take what normally would go in a bun or bread and put it on mixed greens and other veggies... fills me up pretty decently.

M-F 1. Wake up 2. Nudge hubby 3. Feed cat, change water and clean litter 4. Gather my tribe for remote/in person learning. 5. Shower 6. Dress 7. Walk the little one to school 8. Bus to gym Somewhere in there I eat a quick breakfast. Usually a breakfast burrito. Weekends are not as structured but I usually walk a lot everyโฆ

I eat what I want and it fits my calories usually. My favorite things are bacon cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries. Also wine and margaritas.

You can't spot reduce... losing weight in general and eventually it will get smaller. Also genetics play a role in your general overall shape. Like for me, I will never have slim thighs as I'm bottom heavy.
