Mine is public. I also rarely log on this site anymore. Better tools for me elsewhere. I personally have no problem with people seeing what I eat and how many margaritas I drink. :drinker:

My hubby got it back in March 2020... it took him a full 2 months to get back to normal.

Thanks... all your gif are awesome! I love the variety in your workouts.

Good news, my dad who lives in North Carolina, got his vaccine today. He is a front line nurse for the department of corrections. I'm so relieved.
-
Yes but working in NYC at an essential job was a prerequisite for a vaccine. Place of residence had no bearing on that. It's not unusual for people to live outside the city here and commute to work. The rent to live in NYC for a closet is 4 grand at minimum.

I'm not sure about that. Even so, still not enough doses in a general sense.

For me, I would rather no comments either way about my weight loss.
-
NYC officially ran out of doses. We expect to get more some time next week. Still so many vulnerable that need it. I'm probably last in line to even see it.

I bought this for my lifting son for Christmas. He likes it so far.

Probably. With so little to lose, a slower rate is usually recommended.

Ooh nice OHP @KickassAmazon76

Heck yeah!

Some lat pulldowns I managed to record thinking about this thread 😄 88lbs at 8 reps.

Welcome... I will take any unwanted BBQ 😁

Welcome! I'm a mom to 6 kids so I understand those struggles. Good thing is you can eat what you want, just less of it. Start by logging a regular day without cutting anything out. Then start looking at ways to make swaps and hacks to keep you full and under calories. As well as sustainable. The above linked topics are a…

Lifting heavy things, then putting them back down.

They are running out of vaccines here in NYC. And tomorrow is a day of remembrance for all the people we lost during Covid-19. 🙏
-
I used to love sunny side up eggs...my tummy no longer likes them prepared that way.
-
Nope. Faster weight loss is not better. Slow and steady with small changes lead to greater success. 2 lbs a week is usually recommended for someone extremely overweight. 1lb a week is probably better for you.

TL;DR 🤣
