You can hide newsfeed updates on friends through the desktop version by clicking on the X when they update their status... I find unfriending much easier 🤷♀️

Some lady at the gym whom I see semi regularly and say hi to in the locker room, one day decided to say, "You're lucky that you lost your boobs with your weight, I'm stuck with these *gesturing to her chest* no matter what"... I looked at her up and down, laughed and walked out, leaving a silent protein fart in my wake...…

I tend to eat bigger meals so I'm not hungry much between for snacks. If I do need something I usually go for something with fat and/or protein like boiled eggs, cheese sticks or mini meat (I keep grilled meat on hand for quick bites and meals).

*hugs* The good thing is that you can do something about it now. This is why it is so important to lose weight sustainably, meaning eating how you would in maintenance, just less. Depriving yourself sometimes leads to this type of backside.

Our perception of how we look is often skewed. Your height and weight is technically considered underweight so I doubt you look the way you think. Professional mental help will go a long way here.

I would be eating my left arm with calories that low, plus Bfing, plus being active. Exercise calories are meant to be eaten. They are tasty. This is not a race.

Perfection is the enemy of progress... to me being consistent counts a lot more than being perfect. That being said my most consistent days and weeks are actually ones where I eat take out because that's what is already in my diary and makes it easy to log. 🤷♀️

I have never personally found oatmeal to be worth the calories. I need protein and fat to be full.
