Yes, I can definitely relate! My fitness goals are more muscle and strength oriented rather than society's image of thin and lean. It can be confusing and frustrating to see fitness tips for women that I am not interested in. I am just learning how to navigate the 'friending' portion of this site. Would love to have some…
