Great job and awesome tips everyone! Today is Friday and weight day. No need to post until next Friday since the group just started. But feel free to post what you changed to get yourself motivated and it will help to motivate others in the group...food choices...workouts...etc have fun!

I am with you had my baby girl Feb 25th and haven't lost a pound. I opened a group to lose weight and post results every Friday for 30 days. Goal is lose 10 pounds then start next months group and keep going... Add me for motivation I need some too!
