  • Yes 1-2 pounds a week is a good amount to lose. If you are trying to lose more than that you could be starving yourself and feeling hungry or missing out on essential nutrients. If you exwrcise too much you could end up burning yourself out. You'll be rewarded once you reach your goal slowly but surely!

  • Also, don't shop on an empty stomach. You'll be tempted by all the goodies and other bad stuff which you might even open as soon as you are out of the store or on the way home!
  • Focus on eating high quality foods that will keep you full and allow you to have a caloric deficit. Don't pay attention to the scale too much as weight can fluctuate greatly day to day.
