Hello I had the sleeve October 2013 Highest weight 297 size 22-24 Down to 217 size 14 back up to 240 size 16-18 I am currently on a pouch shrinking mission. Looking for friends who have went through gaining back some weight to get some direction on how to keep focused. I do not want another surgery!
